How AVA Works
A disciplined sequence from first conversation to completed deliverables — so you always know what is happening and who is responsible.
You share your objective, timeline and constraints. We clarify the practical questions and determine whether AVA is the right fit for the work required.
Structured review of status, documents and known requirements. For many clients this begins with a Thailand Path Assessment or a Corporate Integrity Review.
Written Scope of Work, fee schedule, exclusions, client responsibilities and named case owner. Work begins only after written acceptance and the agreed deposit.
Execution of the agreed scope: document preparation, professional liaison, appointments, field representation and progress reporting. Material scope changes are confirmed in writing before additional work proceeds.
Delivery of agreed outputs, receipts and a closure pack including unresolved items, expiry dates and recommended next actions. Pending government decisions are not treated as AVA failures unless the agreed scope has been breached.
