These Terms of Service govern your use of the AVA Executive Services website and, where applicable, the framework under which services may be provided. Specific engagements are governed by a written Scope of Work and engagement letter.

1. Website use

The content on this website is for general information only. It does not constitute legal, tax, immigration or financial advice. You should not rely on website content as a substitute for professional advice tailored to your circumstances.

2. Nature of AVA services

AVA provides administrative, executive, coordination and concierge services. AVA does not replace licensed lawyers, tax advisers, accountants, medical professionals or other regulated professionals. Where specialist advice is required, AVA may coordinate with an appropriately qualified professional at the client’s direction and cost.

3. No guarantees of outcome

AVA does not guarantee visa approval, government approval, banking approval, school admission, property transaction completion, business registration or any other immigration or regulatory outcome. Government and third-party decisions remain outside AVA’s control.

4. Quotes and engagement

Published prices are indicative and exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. A formal quote and written Scope of Work define the work AVA will perform. Work begins only after written client acceptance and receipt of the agreed deposit or payment.

5. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, original documents when required, payment of government and third-party costs when due, and authorising AVA and external professionals only for the work actually agreed.

6. Intellectual property

Website content, branding and materials created by AVA remain the property of AVA unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AVA’s liability arising from website use or from services is limited to the fees paid to AVA for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. AVA is not liable for decisions of government authorities or third-party professionals.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Specific engagement terms may set out additional dispute-resolution arrangements.
